My name is Jessica Fay.
I’m a qualified and experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. I also offer supervision to other counsellors (in training or experienced).
I’m registered with and accredited by the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I trained to Masters level at the University of Roehampton (graduating in 2015). I have additional specialist training in working with couples and a Diploma in supervision (individuals and groups).

My main psychotherapy training was Integrative, meaning that I have studied and practised using a range of approaches and models. This enables me to tailor my approach to the individual needs of each client.
I’ve been working with clients for over twelve years including for the NHS and for charitable organisations. I now work from my home. I have wide experience of clients dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship and family issues, work stress, loss or bereavement, plus concerns about eating habits, negative or intrusive thoughts and self-harm or suicidal urges.
I have a previous career working in business – mainly in marketing and project management roles.
I’m happy to explain more about how I work, please feel free to contact me.
